    Default Boker Razor Question

I was looking at some Boker SR on the internet today and notice that on some "The blade is made of a special alloy, containing silver, for improved cutting capabilities". Could anybody explain this to me? I thought that a carbon steel razor had the best edge.

Silver Steel Blade or containing silver?
Silver steel is an old term.... this may be as good a reference as any
