    There are certain rules, and post count requirements (I dont recall them offhand, check the site rules). You must meet these before you are allowed to post there.

    If you are eligible, simply click "Place an Ad", choose "wanted" from the drop down menu, and proceed to post...

    I seem to recall in the past, there were issues with posting WTB ads, and at the time the work around was to post a FS ad but say WTB in the title and body of the post. Perhaps this has changed since then.

    And yes, you must indeed meet the requirements to post on the classifieds.
