Did Bengall make big blades?
I love these English razors and my current favourite is a simple 6/8 hollow ground square point. But I also love the larger blades but don't recall ever having seen one by Bengall. Does anyone know if they made 7/8 or larger?
Cheers,
RobI love the smell of shaving cream in the morning!

Yep, I've honed a 15/16 for one of our members.
Here's one in the Wiki

On both counts....suh-weeeet!!!!
One of the very nicest pure shavers I own is a Taylor Eye Witness 1000 6/8ths that I bought from Sham via the classifieds - it easily shaves in the same class as my Filarmonica #13, killer steel. Almost every Bengall I see looks a lot like that Taylor to me, so I've been looking for a good Bengall in 6/8ths or larger, if possible. I didn't know Bengalls even came in such big sizes, thanks!
