After the sale of the Geneva Cutlery Company did subsequent owners market straight razors either under the Geneva Cutlery Company brand or the "Genco Brand". Thanks,Yoster

I wonder if there is a historical connection between Genco and the Ontario Cutlery Company of Geneva, N.Y. and the Ontario Knife Company that is still in business today.Last edited by matt321; 02-09-2010 at 03:01 AM.

Geneva Cutlery Company history
Thank you,for the links regarding the Geneva Cutlery Company.Interesting that a company that dominated razor production, the largest in 1912,and that now so little information is available on line.I particularly enjoyed the photo link.after this message I will go back to it and note the posters names,a great list there of the company production models. Best,Yoster

re: Onterio Cutlery Company. Onterio Knife Company
Just discovered this option.Spoke with Sue Green Ontario Knife Company regarding any possible historical connection with Ontario Cutlery Company,Geneva,NY.
Althought she thinks none, will research company history and confirm factually.
We must wait, bated breath ,pending her reply,Best,Yoster

Is it silly? I would love to live in the place. So cool. So much contamination!

I would like to spend the day walking around the property with a metal detector.
