    Can anyone tell me if the feather razor will work with Derby single edge blades

    Nope - it takes proprietary feather blades. But I think that's a good thing, because the main advantage of those feathers is the superior disposable blades they make for them.

    Take a look at the Sanguine X D20. It's a solid little shavette that takes a 1/2 DE blade - a good tool at a good price.
