    Default Question

I found myself with a little coin in my pocket and was looking to buy a new razor. I am a fan of larger razors and I have narrowed the field down the following. YMMV and all, I am looking for opinions. Post away.

    Choices
    1. Wacker Jungmeister 7/8
    2. Wacker #1 Old Sheffield 7/8
    3. New Boker Celebrated 7/8
    4. TI Spartacus 7/8-6/8

I have the Spartacus and it shaves just great.
I know some guys here have that and some Wackers may be they will chime in which of the two they feel shaves better.

I'd suggest Revisors! They have 8/8 sizes.
I have to stay off their site. I know I'm eating up their bandwidth drooling over their razors.

    Oops misread that post.
I vote for the Wacker #1 Old Sheffield 7/8.

That is tough. I would say you can't go wrong no matter which you pick. I have the new Spartacus dreadnought notch point 6/8 with the bone scales and love it. Wacker makes a great razor too. He isn't getting any younger either so who knows how much longer he'll be making them before he retires ? Hard choices but like I say, you can't go wrong whichever you choose.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.
