I think it's worth it... don't know anything else about this particular razor, but looks like it will be a fine shaver.

Union Cutlery Company was large and well known American company. They began in Little Valley N.Y. in 1899 as Union Razor Co. The company name was changed to the Union Cutlery Company in 1909. In 1911, the move to Olean, N.Y. was started. The trademark "Ka-Bar" was first used in 1923. This marking became so popular that the name was changed to Ka-bar Cutlery about 1951. They are still in business under that name. In 1996, the Ka-Bar name and all trademarks were sold to the Alcas Cutlery Company of Bradford, Pennsylvania.
Trademarks: Spike, The Union, Ka-Bar, Walrus, Ruf N Tuf, Chin Scraber, Tack, Mag-Nam, Tidioute Razor Co.
Nice razor. And it isn't difficult to restore this razor.
