That Dovo Carbon Pearlex looks pretty good. I like the scales with the Dovo logo.
I have another question about stainless steel. Do strop pastes work well for sharpening stainless steel blades or as well as they do for carbon steel blades? Thanks for the help.

Sorry, I don't usually use strop pastes, Maybe someone w/ experience will jump in.
