Your Juste Judicato is much nicer than mine, congratulations. On the other hand, it was restored by the excellent hand of Bob Keyes. From Goins':

    J. & R DODGE c. 1848-present Located at 1833 N. Hayne, Sheffield England. They were bought by F. Newton 1n 1884. In 1953, George Butler & Company of Sheffield, was the owner of this trademark. This company manufactured "Bowie" type knives, among other types of cutlery.

The entry goes on to show the J & R.D. trademark from 1848, Juste Judicato 1848, and another version of J. & R. Dodge Sheffield.
