Thanked: 6RAZOR FINDS
I lucked out a friend of my step dad owns a antique shop and he sold me the tiny razor it looks like it could be ivory but its real hard to tell . He then told me of another place to go look and yup the place had 9 old razors most of the razors are boker the imperial is shefiled and there is one other shefield . one soligen The mid size cream colored one is bone AS it has pore holes in several spots and on the ends this one reads P LUNGSTRASS then under that OLGS soligen also a 52 with a picture of a light . The one with the fancy silver ends is stamped BROOKS RAZOR . The other yelloish handle the larger one is stamped soligen thats all . I have a couple of the 1925 bokers one round end king cutter and one square end . And one buste king cutter that has near mint scales Ill remove and use on one of the others. I think I did very well and everyone here says the old razors make good shavers. I also bought a 1k/4k japan wet stone but will start looking for a 8k wet stone to finish. I also bought an old auto strop for 1 dollar. It kinda works but Im sure Im doing it wrong . What ya all think . kellyw
