Thanked: 0Dovo EDWIN JAGGER 6/8" cream Buffalo Horn handle
Hey Guys I come knocking at your doors for the vast knowledge SRP holds...
I have very recently acquired a brand new Dovo Edwin Jagger 6/8" with buffalo horn scales and there really isn't much I could find out about its specifics, value and edge holding.
How good a razor is this ? and has anyone else owned or used one before ?
I look forward to the answers....

Welcome to SRP. You have a nice razor and being a Dovo you should be pleased with it if you decide to use it. We do not provide appraisals on this site but you should be able to Google it and see what they are selling for.

That is a nice razor if it is a Dovo. One thing I will tell you about it is that the balance favours the scales too much. A Dovo version has passed through my hands once before and I thought that the scales were ridiculously heavy. A razor should be able to balance near enough on its tang.

Welcome to SRP. I buy all my shaving stuff from Edwin Jagger. It might be I'm a little bias because I live 10 miles from Sheffield here in Barnsley, but I have an Edwin Jagger 5/8 Razor and I love it. If it's half as good as mine, you'll love yours too.
