Talking After over a year - shaved great!

    Hey guys ....

I took out a razor I had honed and shaved a few times with over a year ago, and after a few trips around the strop (pasted linen side, and then conditioned leather) gave it a ride.

It still seemed to pull a tad during the first pass, so I gave it another trip around the strop(s) and voila! Hairs jumping off my face! This is a stainless 5/8 Full Concave I got from Lynn back in 1996 or 1997 .... and it still rocks!

I had put a drop of oil on it when I put it away, and there was no oxidation at all - anywhere!

Once I brought the edge back up, it was like it was brand new. A good blade will stand the test of time, if cared for, and gently used.

    I love this stuff!
