My wife and I are planning a trip to Buenos Aires later this year. Does anyone have any contact information for the ebay seller that seems to have a neverending supply of Filarmonicas (or any other places to check out for razors)?

I second a group buy .

I have communicated with a couple of these Filarmonica sellers on eBay, and the definitely know the going rates of these razors . In fact, the like to respond to you in Spanish when you talk to them about pricing.

Even if you were to locate one of the sellers, I am not all that confident they would be willing to sell at a lower price locally. I think the key is to find their supply and see if you can cut them off at the source .
