Thanked: 48razor for 2010
i just wanted to kick the idea out there for a ceramic razor. seems to me this would be the last word in razors never rust and is as close to foreversharp as it is likely to get.i was thinking of buying a cermaic knife and regrinding it . just to try it out.granted honing such a blade would be a trial. what do you guys think?

You name it and people have already tried it at some point. The usual suspects have always turned out to be the best.

Thanked: 190We are lucky to see what straight razors have withstood the test of time.
Not to discourage anyone from trying someting new. Sharing ideas is healthy.
