This is no mention of price. What I will tell you is that a basic Dovo costs around 80 dollars and this will be professionally honed.
I arguably may pay more or less that for a vintage with celluloid scales, baring in mind these are no longer made and have in my opinion far more character. Many may also be superior shavers.
So base your decision on this and factor in hone wear, pitting/rust and condition of the scales and whether or not it will be shave ready. Even if we did valuations (WHICH WE DO NOT AND WILL NEVER DO!!!!) your question is far to broad for anyone to give a serious answer.
