I'm looking at a razor that is listed as a KAMA razor, which I would like to have. The box says "KAMA" and Koch & Schafer. However, the tang of the razor says "Spagna Special" on one side, and "C. Ijust looked at my KAMA and KAMA was stamped on the tang and on the other side was Koch&Schafer, i would walk away from that one.

Thanks a lot HiBudGl and Nessmuck. I was afraid of that. Unfortunately, I bid before I asked. Even more unfortunately, I'm currently the high bidder. Oh well, live and learn. There is still plenty of time left on the auction. Hopefully I will be outbid. Thanks again for the quick replies.

that's not a kama razor, just a kama box, but the blade looks pretty good
the scales have cracks but they should be functional for at least some time.
so even if you end up with it it may turn out to be a rather good razor.
of course if you're after a brand name, yes consider it mostly a lesson.

Thanks for your comments, and I agree. The blade does look to be in good shape and if I get it with my current bid it will be fine. I was looking for a KAMA, but will be happy with a good shaver regardless of the brand.
