Thread: No name razor???

I bought this nice straight razor on ebay and can't find nothing on it. It got a really nice worked spine and its a 3 pins. There's no inscription on the blade...

You're gona have to hone her up and see what kind of edge she takes. It doesn't look to me like Chinese/Pakistani steel but impossible to say via pics alone, and poor quality shots at that.

I'm always weary as to why a maker would not have embossed their stamp upon the shanks.

Keep us informed. Wapis are excellent shavers and often have no mark. Once Steve at the Invisible Edge had for sale a beautiful pearl scaled hollow Sheffield with no mark...
