I have one as well, shaves great, holds it edge well, and the weight allows it to plow through even the toughest whiskers, all that said, upon receipt of the razor I quickly sent it to Glen for new scales and heres what he did for me

    borebrush,

I have the 8/8 Spanish Point Friodur in faux tortoise shell scales, and it is a lovely razor to shave with

As Mr Abrams has said, they are also easy to maintain.

    Enjoy !

    Have fun !

    Best regards

I have two8/8 Henckels Friodur's one square point and one Spanish point, both with mammoth ivory scales from RW. They are both great shavers.
