Thread: Le grelot differences

Howdy all,

Hope you have had a great shave today. And wish our amaerican friends a happy fourth of July. I celebrated by watching independence day with will smith( lol it was on tv and couldn't help it)

Anyways I was gonna ask if anyone knew what the differences between the le grelot blades are?

I know there are the shoulderless and 1/4 or 3/4 hollow ones.

But the difference I want to know about are the blades sold on the classic shaving website compared to the ones from rasurpur.de

From what I see one is a mirror and one isn't but that isn't too big of a difference.

What I am more referring to is what the "Solei" and the blades that are marked "360 6/8" have different. I mean the both look the same but are they made different?

It appears this question was never answered? I know that you have since purchased two le grelot's from Martin, but I was wondering the same thing. Is there any difference in the razors on Classic Shaving, Vintage Blades and Rasurper?

Now TI has been letting the vendors select the design on the blade decour for quite some time

Being old blanks they may have been stamped differently to indicate who they were ment for, but thats just a theory
