Thread: Wade & Butcher Wedge

I was raised in Missouri, and just returned from a trip there over the 4th of July. While there I ran into a nice Wade & Butcher wedge as you will see in the pictures. I actually bought all 7 straight razors in that out in the country antique shop.

The owner was filling out a receipt for my purchase, and I asked for a restroom. He said, "We don't have a bathroom. Why don't you go behind the barn?"

Somehow, the world just felt more peaceful to me "back there" with the birds and cows. I was home.

That should clean up real nice! Glad ya enjoyed your visit home. What part of this great state are you from?

I was raised in Rolla, and after college lived for 14 years in my wife's home town, Columbia. It's a great state! For 9 months of the year...

This winter would have killed ya! More cold and snow around here than I have seen in years.

My brother-in-law lives in KC, and I get the weather report low down from him. I enjoy bad weather reports when it is 50 or 60 degrees in the middle of the winter!
