Hi guys this is just a general question!

I was at an antique store recently and they had a selection of razors, some of the names I didn't quite recognize, but they did have a theirs issard frameback. There was some clear honewear and a bit of flattening on the spine and a small chip on the cutting edge, but it can be honed out, I'de loose about 1/16 of the blade doing so.
It was priced at 35$ I wanted to know if it's worth getting and working on.
Or if this specific thiers issard is one that is not saught after and not worth my effort.
( I fully intend on keeping it if I get it, but I dont want to buy a razor and put some effort on it to find out it wasnt worth the time)

thank for your opinions in advance!
