Thanked: 2Educate me
Quick stop at a antique store and I found a Henckels.
I know they are good, but beyond that all I really know about Henkles is what I know from my chefing days and their kitchen knives.... And thats apples to this orange.
I'll post pics later. but for now, the stamps on it are the following....
J.A.Henckles. Twin.works
Solingen. Germany
<BACK SIDE>
TODCO T3-150
The Owl Drug co.
There's one nic in the scales. Other wise its in great shape.
Good find for $50?

Thanked: 3795We don't do appraisals on this forum. However, in general, Henckels are excellent shavers.

Thanked: 2Oh sorry. I didnt mean it that way. LOL
Totally forgot to ask what I was after.... What is the deal with Henkels? Whats the hierarchy of their blades. Where in the picking scale is something like the one I found? I'm sure those are broad questions and will get a broad answer. But its a place to start since I know nothing more then the name.
diggin for my camera to get pics now..
