Okay so Just when I thought I've seen every Boker, a pleasant surprise breezes through. So what do you guys think of her?

Yep ... the ivory (I assume ... I think that's what's on the few others I've seen) skinned tang really sets it apart. Also, that box looks great with a nice Patina and the Boker tree. I've liked Bokers since I first saw their WWII M3 Fighting/Trench Knife that they made for the US Army. They are the one of the rarest makers of that knife (part of the wartime conversion of civilian to military production). Every now and then you'll find one NOS with the sheath and packaging that goes for upwards of $1500 to $2500. They have the Boker name and tree on the tang and are beautiful too.
Nice acquisition ... thanks for sharing.

That covered tangon a black scale would make a great looking "TUX" Boker...I think I saw Max (not sre) do somtehing like that.
THose aren't original scales correct? if not cut and save because they are in gooshape too, but if they are they look great too, O just think black off that ivory would pop.

Right, I would save the scales for a different Blade But I think the Boker blade is stunning! I think It would clean up very well. There is one very elusive Boker I've been on the Hunt for. I Really Really want it and It's color scheme is similar to what you've described. Here's a pic of it. " Aint it Snappy!"

The scales are from a different razor maker, but from the same general period.

WOW ... now that 2nd Boker is a head-turner. Not that the first one is chopped liver, but that 2nd one is beautiful.
