    I think you did quite well . Both the razors look to be in good condition , and should make great shavers , once they're cleaned up , and honed .

    +1 You did well! Be interested to know if that little 4/8 razor's scales are celluloid or mottled hard rubber. I know that some pen companies back in the early '20's used mottled hard rubber but I've also seen a slew of celluloid scales in the same type of material.

    I'll be sure to let you know! Now I gotta take that boar hair out of that handle and put in some badger knot online somewhere for like 25 bucks :P

    Ya done did well. Cant go wrong with a vintage razor in decent shape.
