    Default Japanese Straight

Just brought this on here today can't wait to try it, But what's the best way to store this as my other straight I store in my shaving bowl but this looks a little tricky, My shave cabinet does have a lock because of the kids so I could always just lay it down but is there a better way

Keep it out of the bathroom. Moisture will rust it. I keep my straights in my closet after airdrying them first.

Since the blade is canted if you lay it flat with the can't up the edge will not get damaged. I have mine in wood boxes with some velvet lining it. If your handy you can construct a wood holder.
