I've just recently reached a level of honing that has opened up the world of affordable vintage razors, and I have to say so far I love 'em all. I've recently cleaned and honed up Dubl Duck Special #1 and a Goldedge, two Wostys, a couple Torreys, a beat up "Sunday" Solingen from a 7 day set that I had to pop out of the scales, sand, put in the vibratory cleaner a couple days, and then hone...it turned out wonderful as a shaver...so I love these all.

Still, I have two very ordinary but sound Robeson Shur Edge razors that just shave like magic. They are my current favorites, though they are not exotic or elaborate...well...one was owned by a movie star who actually played the "Lone Ranger" for two seasons...
