Thread: Sears Selfhoning Razor

Hello All,

I was hoping to gain some insight to a newly acquired razor. It was given to me from my father-in-law and it was his grandfather's razor. I've tried to find some information on the razor but I am not having much luck. One side of the tang has "Sears Selfhoning" and the other has a U.S. patent number and on the spine it has "Sears 1865" It's not on the list of brands to avoid so I am wondering if anyout there has one of these in their collection?
