    Default Touron Razors

Does anybody know anything about French Touron razors? I have a chance to buy some and know nothing of them.

    Thanks in advance.

The answer to your question, from here anyway, is no. My experience of French razors, however, is that if they look OK, they're pretty good. This is a case of pictures talking a thousand words.

    Default Just Speculating ...

Touron may be a location in France (like Solingen), and not necessarily a manufacturer? Is Kindall (or Kindal, or some other spelling) possibly the name of the manufacturer? Sorry I can't be of more help. Also, is it "Touron" or "Tournon"?

    I would check

    Touron-Parisot, supplier to Napoléon III
101, rue Richelieu, Paris. (101 Richelieu Street)
Fancy cutlery (they also made razors)

    Example of their work here

Many hits if you Google it, but all in French

    Regards,

    McKie
