Default Any TI "Le Canadien" owners here?

    Hey guys,

I just ordered a nice 7/8 singing Le Canadien from Rasagepoulin last night...It looks like a mighty fine razor, but I can't find a lot of info on it...Any comments from fellow owners or?

    THanks!

    JF

I believe they are similar to other C135 steel razors so if you have one like that too...

No comment yet, I just ordered mine yesterday also. I got the Historic 6/8-7/8 razor, I can't wait to shave with it.

Sweet man! What model did you get? I ordered the faux mother of pearl one. Luckily for me I live in Canada so I'll probably get it before you do Are you planning on honing yours or do you think the factory edge will do?

I got the Thiers Issard Historic 6/8-7/8 Le Canadien, Dos Festonne, Barber's Notch, in Snakewood Scales.

I am having them do the honing for me, I haven't learned to hone yet.
It is now out of stock, according to Scott I got the last one.

Sweet! I'm sure you'll love it. Mine is out of stock too, I got the last one. I know how to hone, but my honing setup is pretty limited at the moment. Hopefully it will be okay.

I would love to get one.... oh well, someday when I have some extra cash!

Last time I was in Calgary I dropped by Rasage Poulin and Scott was kind enough to show me a couple models in person. They truly are beautiful razors. Enjoy!

I can't wait to get mine! According to Canada Post I should get it by the 13rd. I'm really reallly hoping that it shows up before that! Scott was awesome to deal with. A+
