What have I gotten myself into...

So here I am, finally using some hard earned cash to purchase myself a new razor from a trusted ebay vendor. And would you know it, I have absolutely no idea what brand it is or how it even shaves like yet. Does anyone have any info about this razor at all, my extensive googling showed no results.

Any help with identification or just general discussion about this find would be really appreciated.

I should add that I have already purchased it and it is on its way to me so this thread doesn't disappear to the nether realms of the auction board.
