    Default Need Help/Suggestion

    Dear fellows,

    I live in India. I bought twice straight from e bay. but never delivered..what is the cause ..give me some light..suggestion.

    Some possibilities:
    Mail is delayed or lost or delivered to wrong address.
    Seller addressed parcel incorrectly.
    Seller is dishonest & did not post.

    You should contact the seller but if no luck open a dispute with eBay. You have up to 45 days I think.

    Oz has given some great advice. Another option is that customs seized the package for some reason, so it might be worth contacting them directly.
