Thanked: 267My RW is gone! She is on her way to another!
Part of me is sad. I sold one of my Robert Williams razors. The recipient has been be vetted so I know she is going to a good home....but still she is.....gone!
I forsake her to help buy a tablesaw....A TABLESAW! These dang razors grow on you sometimes.
Later,
Richard

Sorry also, but that is one gorgeous razor.

Into a most loving home
First Williams, first experience w/ a Jnat edge.
And to make it more mind-bending, it's a gift from the lovely bride. I saw it, whimpered, convulsed, threw fits, and settled back to prudent rationality. That evening, told her that a blade put a hurt on me. (I'm on Robert's list for some time after the winter olympics are held in Hades). She asked if I had a photo. She does her own carving and fabrication for jewelry, so she has a real appreciation (read: weakness) for great craftsmanship. She saw it and said: do it. I'll help.
Heck. If she & I had been in the Garden of Eden, we wouldn't have lasted the afternoon.
I can't wait! Thank You, Rio!

An excellent pick up pinklather. I came very close to buying it and even made an offer but alas it wasn't to be. It is a stunning razor. I hope you get many great shaves from it.
I'll have to console myself with the 15/16 Harner I picked up a day or so later.
