Nice blade, but a Mrs. like that is priceless
I'm happy for you w/ the blade, but moreso for your good fortune with a wise & thoughtful wife. I enjoy a similar fortune, and it makes me a very happy guy. 'Does me good anytime a man mentions such thoughtfulness from his spouse. Its usually too easy to mention only the faults or things that go wrong. The thoughtfulness has effect way beyond the cost/price of the object. Each guy that experiences thoughtfulness like this is fortunate indeed. Congrats!

Thanked: 6:- ))))))))
Thanks all...
Well, I used it last night. All I did was strop it and it yielded a decent shave. I would consider the razor shave-ready from factory. Still, it is not as sharp as I would like it to be. Will see if I can touch it up a bit this evening.
The razor appears very well made - it has a hefty feel to it and is very nice in hand.
I was looking for a heavier, stiffer razor than my extra hollow Dovo Prima Klang... well, this is it. The Carbonsong singing blade is significantly quieter than the Dovo but... once touched up, may well handle tougher beards better...
Stay tuned.
D.
