Thread: German WWII SS Medical Straight

Well I just hooked this one off of the Bay this morning... $30.00. I had the privledge of looking and feeling one at the Iowa meet...

I was VERY impressed with the weight and feel of the razor... It feels like a tool in the hand.

I know that there is a Thread/Review here on them...

I guess my question is... Was it a good buy? And who want's to hone it for me???

DESCRIPTION: Offered to you is this original German WW2 antique surgical razor. It was used to shave off excess hair in an area where surgery had to be performed. The blade and the handle were made of stainless steel in order to last through numerous sterilizations. This razor was produced for and used by the German Army during WW2. Never used, in perfect condition. Length: 6" folded. Scarce and highly collectable item in great condition.
