    Default Need Identification Help...TOTAL Newbie here!

    I inhearited a small collection of razors and am curious about what I've got...

    1) "The Williams", Wiiliams Razor Company, Worcester, Mass
    2) "___ Celebrated" Hollow Ground Razor for Barbers Use,
    Frederick Reynolds, Sheffield
    3) XLNT, A.W. Wadsworth & Son, Germany
    4) F.W. Sonderen, Eskilstuna, Garanti
    5) STEEL KING, Registered in Germany, Wester Bros, Solingn-Germany
    6) The Three Bells, Joseph Katter, Fort Smith, Ark
    7) ACM (bridge engraved on blade), Aerial Cutlery Manufacturing
    Company, Marinette, Wis.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated. If you want to know anymore about handle type, color, etc. just let me know.

    Sounds like some good razors, what condition are they in? Do you have any pictures? Pictures always help identify the razors better.

    You will have to get some pics so the experts can help you out. But from what you have described, looks like you have some good things.

    Get some good pics of each razor with as clear pics as you can get of the blade and tang. We can give our oppinions on what ones can be shaveable and what ones to just put away.

    A couple have some small rust spots and tarnishing on the blade, but not in the area of the blade that you shave with. I will give them a nice dusting off and slight oiling before taking pics.
