    Default Razor insta collection

So my razor insta-collection arrived today in a bunch of old leather cases and cardboard boxes, no pictures just yet hopefully can get these up later this evening.

So descriptive bits wall of text now, pictures later.

There are 2 that are pretty much the same, these have a big "Bengall" stamped on the tang, R. Cadman and Sons Shefield England stamped on the other side. brownish sort of scales seems a bit porous a little bit of grease from my fingers made this stuff look a lot better, drank it up like it was thirsty for oils or something.

There is another Shefield one pretty simmilar, slightly narrower blade, think it is also ground out a bit more, just seems a lot lighter in general, this one says Joseph Rodgers and sons, plus a bunch of other stuff I cant read due to rust, some street, Shefield England. Also seems to have been engraved, or stamped or something by a hairdresser on the blade, something black and plasticy for the scales.

Number 4 is the narrowest of them all This one says its made in Sweden on the tang and has Beaut on the blade, underside of the tang is ribbed, black plasticy stuff again for the scales.

The final one has the fatest blade of all of them all, ribbed on top and bottom of the tang, says Flic one side and Made in germany from best Flic silversteel on the other, blade has fancy printing on it, flowers and a gold oval saying flic-best, scales have flic regd on them.

The old boxes and cases that came with were as follows, for the most part they probably don,t match the razors:

2x leather cases. Ingram Brothers Opticians 57.59.61 Swanston Street Melbourne. So either they also sold razors/razor cases or there were some glasses for sale exactly the same size as those two bengall razors. Cool little cases none the less, fit the Bengalls perfectly.

Pretty sure Ingram Bros no longer exists but I did find mention of the company in this newspaper archive of a newspaper that no longer exists Argus Newspaper Saturday 21 January 1933

There is a box for a Flic Razor probably only one that actually matches a razor I have, and in case it dosen't show up in the photo, here is the awesome self advertising plastered right there on the box:

The "Flic" Razors are The Best ever produced at a popular price.
The "Flic" Razors are Real Hollow Ground
The "Flic" Razors are made of the best Quality "Flic" Silver Steel, forged and tempered by a special process.
The "Flic" Razors are of the Highest Finish.

Then there are Two boxes for Bengall Razors missing their lids , one reddish one purpleish, red one says size 3/4, purple one says size 5/8
