    On the J. Warrin razor there's a word that I can't read then "by the members of congress". Any idea what that first word could be and why this was written on the razor?

    Nice group of razors there. I love the design on that Warrin but the rust spotting near the edge would concern me. Congrats!

    All razors are good.
    But the last one, J.Warrin is fantastic, really very nice razor. I've heard about this maker, but, unfortunately, can't find any info.
