    Default "The Peculiar?"

My wife (an antique collector) got a call from one of our local antique shops with information about a straight razor they have obtained. I was unable to find anything about it and would appreciate any info. It's "the Peculiar" "warranted by Binbley Hardware Co. Prussia. Original Box-no rust for $24.50. That's the info I got. Sounds like a nice
price if it's in god shape. I will definitely check it out, but any info would be helpful.
We now get calls from 3 local shops whenever they get razors in-a great situation, and a terrible one as I'm long past being out of room for them.

Well, if it is in a "god shape," that is peculiar, and certainly worth buying. Just be sure to post a photo or two.
