Thanked: 0Current straight razor manufacturers
Hi all,
After much looking I can't find a list of the current manufacturers of quality straight razors, can anyone point me in the right direction? Other than Dovo and TI I can't find any (except for a recent start up in the USA - Hart steel). Are there any others out there?

Is Revisor still making razors?
My Revisor is my best razor. My wife bought it for me NOS for Xmas. I have W&B's, TI's, all sorts of DDs, Bokers, Wackers, Pumas, Twins, Fillies, Cmons, Torrey's, Rodgers, Dovos, and the Revisor owns them all.
Just my opinion of course.

I think Revisor are still making blades. Wacker are too, and DOVO and Boker, and I think Henckels still do a few basic blades as well. I seem to recall seeing some newer C-MONs as well, but I might be wrong there.
I remember reading that the newer Henckels and C-MONs arent a patch on the old ones, so its probably better to go for an oldie if you can find a good one..!
