Thread: Is a 1:1 Grind EXTRA hollow?

Just wondering if a 1:1 hollow grind would be considered an Extra Hollow or similar to the Dovo Prima Klang "singing" razor? Link is here

Hey, how is that black Henckels? I have seen those on ebay but have been leery of the guy selling them....I was suspicious of the authenticity? DOes it shave well?

from the pics it seems the grind is hollow.
If 1:1 means that I do not know.

The Henckels I have shaves nice. It's a little "short" only about a 4/8, but the quality is there. If you all go to the links the info on the razor is there. I'm just rusty on my German.

I have one of the new black henckles razors. I think they are a new production that they came out with recently.

In my opinion it's not really worth it. I got the henckles friodur and it doesn't hone up very easy. Get a better razor for your money.

I've never used one but I hear revisors are good razors.
