    ive got two new kamisoris. could someone please translate the kanji for me?

    shouhyoutouroku - trademark
    fuku - maker's sign
    fukumoto - Maker
    tokusen - as above

    2
    betsuuchi - betsu means different and utsu means hammer the steel. God knows what they mean together.
    kawatani - maker's name
    tokujyou - high quality

    I'm not a hundred percent on this so if someone else can chime in...
    I love the smell of shaving cream in the morning!

    thank you very much. the second one shaves well. first one i have to hone first. maybe he hammered it a different way .

    You're welcome. I think the hammering thing kind of means the steel was used for something else (like a sword) and then they used it for a razor. As I say I'm not sure but that kind of meaning.
