    Post first steel straight razors

    Can someone tell me when the first steel razors were manufactured? Are the early ones hard to come by?

    Most of the really old ones are Sheffield made and stamped "Warranted"
    We have a razor club called "the Stub Tailed Shavers" you will find it in the "Razors" forum...
