I've never seen a holder like that. I wonder if it was after-market or maybe some promotion at the time of original sale.

Either way the automatic remote Geiger Counter on my computer is telling me that is dangerously radioactive. Put it in a lead foil wrap and send it to me at once.

Is that the one that was on the bay not to long ago, if so I think you got me in the last few seconds ! Congrats !, thats a sweet lil razor there ! really like the hammerd tang ! would love to see more pic's of that lil guy

I'm going to guess it was made by the owner at home, nevertheless, it's very nice and unique.
