Thanked: 14Geo. W ..Frameback Need Help dating
I came across this razor the other day and just could not walk away from it. So now I'm left with trying to figure how old this razor is.
Frame is brass / Horn scales w/ lead wedge / stubby tail / blade only no frame =4/8 ....
I'm trying to get some idea as too a possible time frame in which this razor may have been made.
Would greatly appreciate some help.
Thanks,
Peter

Thanked: 14It's brass... no magnetic pull. Plus where there is pivot wear , it would have rubbed through any Gold wash. I have to say i was quite surprised myself.
