    Default slight bend in toe and ?

    I have an SR Droescher Solace that I'd like to get honed/stropped.
    The toe has a slight bend in it. If you hold the razor, blade open, with the spine up and the toe of the blade (spike, point, etc) you can see it has a slight bend to the left. This causes it to sometimes hit the scale when closing.
    Can this be fixed, and if so, how? I was thinking about clamping it flat to my surface plate for about a month.
    I really like this razor, the blade is thinner/hollower than my new Dovo Best 6/8 (which I also like a lot) and is really noisy when shaving.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.
