Default Anybody know about Amco razors?

Does anybody know if Amco razors are any good? If so, would you rate them as just okay or great, as far as the ability to take and hold a sharp edge?

I've seen this brand here and there but haven't taken any for a spin yet. Part of the fun I find in this hobby is locating unknown razors for a decent price, cleaning them up, hone them and take them for a spin. We have found a lot of good razors this way and a few great ones. I wouldn't call any of them bad shavers unless there was a crack I missed when purchasing it. As long as they are vintage and made in the US, England, Germany or Sweden the razor should give a decent shave.

The ones I have owned, honed and shaved with were German made and have a very delicate edge. They have been top of the line shavers in my opinion.

    Have fun,
