Ideas as to what this may be?
A while ago I posted a thread about a 'Cowboy' Solingen. The razor looked a little dodgy and lacked the authentic symbol that the vintage brand Cowboy used. I had actually already won the razor at the time. I hadn't touched it much as I was in the process of moving, but the other day I got it out and honed it earlier this evening. It takes a nice edge off an Escher and although I have not yet shaved with it, I can tell it is sharp enough for a shave.
I am left wondering what this is. The scales and pinning aren't great, but the grind looks to good to be done by an inferior brand, as I have held and examined Double Arrows and they do not even compare. This Cowboy has a modern type of brand stamp by the looks of it, but it is deep, not a mere etching or frosting akin to that of modern Dovos.
What are your thoughts? This blade is a 7/8 and has quite a long edge compared to most of my others.

I can't be of much help as to identifying the blade, but I will say that it is beautiful! I'd call that a nice acquisition right there.

It looks like a real razor . It doesn't have that China/Pakistan look to it .
