Welcome to the world of high carbon steel. When I finish shaving, I rinse the blade, then wipe it with a towel, then run it under straight hot water for 30 or so seconds. Then wipe it off again and set it aside while open to air dry while I rinse off my face. The hot water will warm the blade, any residual moisture will evaporate right off a hot blade where as a cold blade with a tiny water drop on it will hold that drop for quite some time, and wala, spots.
