Default What is the difference between a DD wonderedge, satinedge, and goldenedge?

I'm kinda curious about the DD names. Is there a difference in the steel or quality of shave between the wonderedge, satinedge and goldenedge?

    Thanks for the information.

Also the grind on the WE is pretty darn thin so it is very flexible...

So you are saying then that the Wonderedge has the edge, no pun intended, over the satinedge or the goldenedge as far as shave quality goes in the DD lineup?

My Wonderedge causes me to bleed more than my Goldedge.

Nope, you asked for the difference, everything else is subjective to the person holding the razor I know that was a copout answer but it is true

They all shave very very well, but the real strength in the DD lineup is that they are the most consistent brand of razor I have run into... If you have an undamaged, DD that hasn't been abused it will hone easy as pie, and be a great shaver....

If it looks like a duck and walks like a duck and quacks like a duck then you have a duck.

Thanks Glen. You answered my question. I just purchased a mint DD SatinEdge off of Ebay. I may be crazy but I wanted to add one to my shave collection.
