Thanked: 4Razor ID help
ok guys,
today i picked up 3 razors at an antique shop
unfortunately i only have cell phone quality pictures, but here they are, the razor i am interested in identifying is the one with the yellow handle, the other two are the two that i got ahold of. The one with the chipped blade is a larkin brand, does anyone think that i could have it cut down by a professional restorer and have a short razor? the second with i think is a spanish tip blade? says williiam england's celebrated razor, it looks to be wedge, or ver close to a full wedge (my first wedge) and i like the balde tip style
the last one, the one with the and the one that i am most interested in, is unnamed, seems to be barely used, and the scales appear to be bone ( i say this because they seem to have a grain unlike wood, and it has yellowed, i wear a white bone hook necklace, and it has yellowed to the same color) the scale is slightly cracked. the thing that really makes me curious is the scale is very thin, the blade i believe had a name on it at some point in time, but i cant make it out now (seems like it wasn't stamped in well)
